Job summary

Ampact's Heading Home Corps seeks a Housing Resource Navigator to support Minnesotans facing homelessness. You'll assist participants in accessing housing resources, developing action plans, and navigating services with compassionate, client-centered guidance.

As part of AmeriCorps, you will receive an orientation, ongoing training, and a biweekly stipend while contributing to housing advocacy and social service programs in Minnesota.

• Experience tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
