Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a positive, compassionate Apartment Program Manager to join Hedgerow House Apartments in Ballston Spa, NY. You will work with residents to support their goals, supervise daily living activities, and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while documenting progress.

Qualified candidates must hold CASAC-T or CASAC, have experience with chemical dependency, demonstrate independence, excellent organizational skills, and strong boundaries.

Qualifications

• CASAC-T or CASAC certification required.
• Experience supporting individuals with chemical dependency.
• Ability to operate independently and follow training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Commitment to empathy, respect, understanding and dedication.
• Background checks as per policies and a NY driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals.
• Supervising residents’ daily living activities and apartment management to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Maintaining current and accurate documentation on resident progress.
