• Supervisory Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housing properties and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OMH & HUD regulations and contracts.
• Supervise and train case managers, peer support specialists and staff.
• Support residents in accessing benefits and community resources.
• Respond to resident crises within 24 hours and document actions.
