Congreso De Latinos Uni in Philadelphia seeks a Housing Director to lead multiple housing programs, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with funding and agency goals. The role involves representing the organization at local, state, and national levels and securing quality services and sustainable programming.

This hybrid position reports to the Vice President of Housing and Financial Stability, with most days in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with additional experience required.
• Master’s degree in social work, public health or psychology is a plus.
• 4+ years of administrative and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government programs and funding sources is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent Congreso’s mission, values, and DEI&B vision to the community.
• Supervise housing department staff and program managers.
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting to funding sources.
• Develop program budgets and proposals; monitor expenditures.
