Job summary

HOM, Inc. is seeking a Housing/UHA Services Coordinator to support Los Angeles housing programs under multiple contracts.

The role involves briefing coordination, eligibility screening, data tracking, and cross-department reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy of referrals and subsidies. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with housing programs, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional etiquette.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Customer-service focus and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of housing program eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive participant information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant briefings and onboarding scheduling (virtual or in-person).
• Manage briefing calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts within contract timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, care teams, participants, and Housing Specialists.
• Prepare and distribute briefing packets and participant resources.
• Record attendance and outcomes in HMIS/Padmission Journey and related systems.
• Support eligibility screening and documentation collection for full determinations.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and routine reports for leadership.
• Assist with special projects and onboarding of new team members.
