Job summary

Primavera Foundation in Tucson, AZ seeks an H2O Pre-Tenancy/Tenancy Sustaining Resource Specialist to provide supportive services for housing searches, lease processes, and tenant education, aiming to stabilize tenure. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with partners, and maintain documentation in Unite Us and HMIS.

The role requires trauma-informed practice, strong organization, and ability to work with diverse participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience in social services.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving status.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprint clearance.
• Experience with case management for homeless populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow program workflow, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 15 participants.
• Meet participants in shelters, community, or homes.
• Refer participants to community resources as needed.
• Document daily in Unite Us and HMIS databases.
• Coordinate with partners and attend meetings as required.
• Assist housing search and applications; ensure safe move-in.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered support.
• Develop housing care plans and track progress with participants.
