Job summary

True Foundation is seeking a part-time Non-Exempt Program Coordinator to advance two affordable housing initiatives: Doorway to Prosperity and True Housing Trust. The role engages partners, coordinates events, supports fundraising, and coordinates development projects.

You will prepare agendas, track milestones, collect impact stories, and assist with donor communications while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in graduate program preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
• Familiarity with land development processes and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supports relationship-building and outreach with school districts, major employers, healthcare organizations, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, local governments, housing partners, and community organizations.
• Coordinates events supportingDoorway to Prosperity and True Housing Trust, including homebuyer education workshops and community information sessions.
• Maintains project trackers, prepares agendas, summaries, and status reports for leadership.
• Collects homeowner success stories, develops testimonials, and supports newsletters and annual reports.
• Provides meeting preparation, presentation development, and file management; handles correspondence and calendar coordination.
• Provides weekly project-status updates and ensures milestones and deadlines are current.
