Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking a Housing Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Office of University Housing. The role reports to Building Manager and helps with day-to-day housing operations and coordination with campus partners.

Responsibilities include processing work orders, data entry, answering inquiries, and supporting inspections and opening/closing activities. Requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills.

  • Communicates and coordinates with University Housing staff and campus partners regarding operational needs.
  • Completes special projects and other Housing Operations-related duties as assigned or required.

Primary Purpose:

The Housing Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Office of University Housing. This position will work under the supervision of the Building Manager and will assist with the day-to-day operational needs of University Housing.
The position will work closely with University Housing staff and other campus partners to support the effective operation and maintenance of university residential facilities.
