Ohana is seeking a personable marketer to connect hosts with guests, expanding reach on social platforms and refining the matchmaking process. You will engage with prospective users, explain Ohana’s trusted subtenant model, and help ensure a smooth handoff from search to introduction on virtual calls.

You will build relationships, understand user needs, and contribute to a scalable process that helps millions find the right home.

Qualifications

• Great with people.
• High energy and excited about connecting with Ohana hosts and guests.
• 0-1 scaling experience, particularly in product or service development.
• Deep understanding of relationship psychology and matchmaking principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Bonus for sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead intro calls connecting hosts and guests.
• Chat with new guests and hosts to understand what they need.
• Moderate the chats on Ohana to add calls and introduce hosts and guests.
• Share ideas and help us iterate towards the best possible matchmaking process so that millions of people can experience the magic of Ohana.
