The role collaborates with Coordinated Entry, referral partners, and property management to ensure timely, compliant housing placements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in human services.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing intake, eligibility and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with Coordinated Entry and referral partners.
• Maintain HMIS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support intake timelines and vacancy fill processes.
• Travel between RS EDEN housing locations as needed.
