Maintain all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and associated equipment at a journeyman level. Operate the energy management control system efficiently. This role is designated as essential personnel for emergency closings and may be required to respond to after‑hours calls.
In‑person reporting to campus. Telework is not eligible. Employees may be required to work during university closings.
Salary commensurate with education and experience. Open until filled recruitment.
