Job summary

StarRez is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead the North American Housing Fair program for College Pads, coordinating planning, registrations, staffing, shipping, budgeting and post-event reporting. You will manage in-person and virtual events, partner with multiple teams, and drive growth in student attendance while maintaining a high standard of brand experience across all fairs.

The role offers remote work within the United States, with up to 30% travel and bonus opportunities based

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or related roles.
• Ability to manage a high volume of events or projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating event logistics: registrations, shipping, inventory, staffing, materials.
• Strategic thinking to grow attendance and engagement at fairs.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing event budgets, expenses, and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual planning of StarRez’s North American in-person and virtual Housing Fair program, calendars, timelines and milestones.
• Manage Housing Fair registrations, deadlines, staffing, and participation details.
• Coordinate staffing and pre-event communications, schedules, logistics, and expectations.
• Manage Housing Fair budgets, forecast expenses, and track costs.
• Build relationships with organizers, campus partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual fairs, registrations, materials, shipping, inventory and setup.
• Serve as primary contact for organizers and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Prepare teams with necessary materials and resources for successful execution.
• Track participation, attendance, costs and engagement, and provide post-event reporting.
• Identify process improvements to make the program more efficient and scalable.
• Develop strategies to increase student awareness, attendance and adoption of Housing Fairs.
