Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising team members.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive intercultural and interpersonal relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with a variety of computer software applications (examples: SQBX, THD, Microsoft and Google programs).

Responsibilities

• Support mission, vision, and values of the institution and department.
• Assess inventory and provide repair/replacement recommendations for furniture and equipment.
• Establish vendor contacts for selection, installation, and maintenance of FFE in housing.
• Coordinate and conduct semesterly building walk-throughs and inspections.
• Report policy violations and assist with Housing Condition Summaries and audits.
• Oversee facility openings/closings and IT inventory management.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff; mentor and develop team.
