Job summary

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) housing division seeks a Housing Division Coordinator for a limited‑duration assignment. You will help establish procedures, support grants programs, and coordinate communications to advance housing production and affordability in Oregon.

Working with the Housing Division Manager, you’ll design tools and structures to sustain operations after the project ends, while ensuring compliance with state laws and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience coordinating office procedures, reporting, and data analysis.
• An associate degree in general office occupations with two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations to keep the Housing Division running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain procedures, controls, and workflows for housing initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for staff, partners, and the public.
• Assist in processing records requests to promote transparency and accountability.
• Draft routine letters and contracts and maintain organized files and databases.
