• Strong ability to prepare and monitor contracts and evaluate programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and evaluate community development, economic development, public works, housing development, environmental protection projects.
• Assure adherence to contract guidelines and federal, state and City laws; initiate/approve expenditures.
• Provide technical assistance to funding recipients, staff, contractors and the public.
• Review and analyze applications and project proposals for eligibility and funding recommendations.
• Conduct on-site inspections; prepare bid specifications and cost estimates; ensure compliance with regulations.
