First Place for Youth is seeking a Housing Coordinator to support SF ILSP participants in finding and maintaining housing. You will partner with County Social Workers, conduct housing workshops, assess needs, and develop housing plans to promote stability and independence.

The role requires collaboration with housing programs, potential evening hours, and on-site work in San Francisco with occasional Oakland visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in affordable housing, homeless services, property management, child welfare, or related field.
• Excellent communication and professional polish; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide housing coordination and workshops for participants.
• Assess, plan, and implement services to achieve short- and long-term housing goals.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with agencies for housing resources.
• Help participants secure and sustain housing and navigate housing lists and resources.
• Attend meetings and support ILSP program coordination.
