Job summary

East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council are seeking an Advice and Caseworker to support residents in addressing housing conditions and improving energy efficiency. You will manage a caseload, provide direct information and advice, and connect households to available solutions and services across Lincolnshire.

The role requires a dynamic team player with experience in energy advice or housing support, and the ability to travel regularly across the county to engage with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in energy advice, housing support, or similar roles.
• Ability to work with vulnerable residents and multi‑agency partners.
• Wamiliarity with health and wellbeing implications of housing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and advice to residents and households.
• Build trusted relationships with individuals, households, professionals and services.
• Travel across Lincolnshire to conduct multiple site visits as part of daily duties.
