Beach Front Property Management, Inc. in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on affordable housing compliance. The role involves multi-site oversight across LA County, ensuring LIHTC/HUD/PBV/PSH/HOME program adherence and accurate income certifications.

You will travel to properties, coordinate with Housing Authorities and service providers, and support certifications while contributing to full occupancy and compliant operations in a growing affordable housing division.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in affordable housing compliance or affordable property management.
• Hands-on experience completing income certifications and recertifications.
• Proficiency with Yardi (or equivalent property management software).

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and documentation for LIHTC, HUD, PBV, PSH, and HOME programs across multi-site communities in LA County.
• Complete accurate annual and interim income certifications/recertifications; prepare resident files for internal and external audits.
• Manage Coordinated Entry System (CES) referrals, applicant matching, and coordinate housing placements with Housing Authorities, Quadel, and service providers.
• Travel to properties to review physical files, correct compliance deficiencies, and partner with Regional and Community Managers to maintain full occupancy.
