Job summary

Precision Staffing is seeking a Resident Stability & Compliance Coordinator for a long-term opportunity with Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). The ideal candidate will handle collections, accounts receivable, and housing administration tasks while maintaining strong communication with residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with experience in collections or housing administration and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, property management, or housing administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor past-due rent accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist residents with repayment agreements and connect them with community resources.
• Work with Property Managers to resolve delinquent accounts and help prevent evictions.
• Prepare and track eviction referrals while coordinating with the Legal Department.
• Maintain accurate resident records and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Prepare reports on collections, delinquent accounts, and case outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with residents and internal departments.
