Responsibilities

• Review, enter, and maintain tenant recertification documents accurately and timely.
• Contact tenants to request missing or incomplete documents and follow up.
• Respond to inquiries from tenants regarding compliance or recertification.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual compliance reports to building owners, government agencies, and investors.
• Create and maintain compliance spreadsheets and reports with accurate data.
• Track and resolve outstanding compliance issues promptly.
