Job summary

The City and County of Broomfield's Human Services Department seeks a Program Coordinator as the subject matter expert for program coordination within designated specialty areas. You will develop, implement, and manage several human service programs through partnerships with agencies and funders to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications

2 years experience required in human services program coordination.
Experience working with the Colorado Benefits Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and administers program work plans to meet program goals.
Ensures programs operate within funding guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Ensures regulatory and statutory compliance for the program area.
Ensures program goals and outcomes are measurable and achieved.
Develops/implements and monitors systems of program data collection and accountability.
Creates and reviews program reports to ensure compliance, timeliness, and program integrity.
Recommends and monitors program budgets.
Completes annual program plans.
