Job summary

Bay Area Turning Point (BATP) is seeking a Housing Case Manager A to provide case management for non-residential participants who fled domestic violence or sexual assault. Responsibilities include home visits, coordinating transportation, and linking families to housing and support services.

The role requires maintaining confidential records, supporting after-care participation, and collaborating with landlords to ensure safe housing as families transition from shelter to a stable home.

Qualifications

• Some college courses with related experience; 2-year degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience.
• 4-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience; or a master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing case management to participants who have fled domestic violence or sexual assault.
• Assist with transportation to continued services and connect to community resources.
• Maintain participant records and ensure confidentiality; participate in intake and monitoring processes.
