Housing Case Manager I in Supportive Family Housing

Position Overview

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management services to individuals facing multiple barriers, such as mental illness, substance use disorders, and chronic health conditions. The goal is to help clients secure and maintain stable, permanent housing through assessment, advocacy, and collaboration with community resources.

About the Program

Ronald Commons in Shoreline offers 60 units of supportive housing, integrated with services including a food bank, family services, and financial education, fostering a supportive community environment.

Location & Schedule

Located near Fred Meyers in Shoreline, WA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with weekly staff meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $29.00. Benefits include unlimited Orca transit pass, health insurance, paid time off, holidays, retirement plan, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social/human services related to housing and homelessness.
  • Experience with issues such as housing insecurity, mental health, substance use, and trauma.
  • Desired: training in belonging and compassion, experience with language barriers, current WA Food Handlers Permit or willingness to obtain.
