Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in health and human services work with homeless individuals.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Google Email/Apps required.
• Experience with housing insecurity is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews for everyone at the shelter.
• Develop and monitor individualized case plans.
• Maintain electronic client records and complete documentation.
• Provide referrals and assist with applications to service providers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners.

Skills

Experience in health and human services work with Homeless population

Crisis intervention training

Haitian or Spanish language skills

Basic proficiency in word processing

Education

College degree or high school diploma/GED
