Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide essential services to at-risk individuals and families in Staten Island. You will assess eligibility for services, develop client service plans, and connect clients to necessary resources to prevent homelessness. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of NYC housing systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Preferred knowledge and experience with NYC housing and public assistance.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate prospective clients for services.
• Collaborate with clients to develop service plans.
• Connect clients to resources that reduce homelessness.
• Ensure housing meets habitability standards.
• Prepare and submit applications for benefits and entitlements.
• Document client progress and maintain audit-ready files.
