CAMBA is seeking a Senior Case Manager to assist tenants in achieving stability and self-sufficiency in Bronx, NY. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (B.S.W.) or related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Obtain Criminal History Checks (CHC) fingerprinting through OMH and SEL clearance.
• Flexible hours may be needed occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for tenant eligibility and maintain tenant files.
• Conduct initial intake and assessment of tenant needs.
• Assist tenants in setting and achieving their goals.
• Participate in case conferences and document tenant progress.
• Provide required information for reports.
