CAMBA Inc is hiring a Case Manager for the HomeBase program in Brooklyn and Staten Island to provide case management and essential services to prevent homelessness. You will interview clients, assess needs, and create service plans aligned with goals, connecting them to housing, benefits, and employment resources.
You will document progress, ensure housing habitability, and prepare applications for benefits.

The HomeBase Programprovides case management and essential services to at-risk individuals and families in Brooklyn and Staten Island to prevent homelessness. Individuals and families receive services that help them overcome problems with public benefits, housing, education, health care and other issues that could impede their ability to maintain stable households. Positions with CAMBA’s HomeBase program are classified as essential under the direction of the Governor of New York State.

Compensation:$50,129 annually

Status:Full-time (35 hours per week)
