The Housing Assistant will reside on the property and maintain Staff presence when Housing Management Staff are not present. The main functions of this role are after-hours emergency response, grounds upkeep, custodial services and communication with the Housing Program Manager on an as needed basis. The Housing Assistant is expected to maintain a professional and respectful manner while adhering to fair housing laws.
