Riverside Community Care in Dedham, MA is seeking a Housing Coordinator to support Persons in attaining and keeping stable housing, within ACCS Integrated Teams.

The role educates tenants, assists with subsidies, collaborates with landlords and housing authorities, and guides clients in skills to maintain community housing; requires high school diploma and experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and housing advocacy experience.

Formación

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience are required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in housing advocacy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Educate staff and persons about tenancy issues, housing rights, and resources.
• Assist with applying for and attaining subsidies.
• Help secure housing that meets individual needs and teach skills to maintain community housing.
• Serve as a single point of contact with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH staff to foster communication and advocacy.
