Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Walpole, MA is seeking a Mental Health Counselor for our Group Living Environments. Join a team dedicated to helping adults build confidence, skills, and independence in safe, supportive homes, through the ACCS model of recovery.

You will partner with residents to set and reach personal goals, support daily living activities, and promote wellness while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Evening and weekend hours required; valid driver’s license.
• Willing to provide transportation to persons served as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents to reach personal goals by offering guidance, education, and daily living support.
• Help individuals strengthen physical and emotional wellness while developing essential life skills.
