Job summary

Bronx Family Network is seeking a Housing Specialist in Hillside-Queens, NY to help individuals transition from homelessness to permanent housing. This full-time role focuses on locating suitable housing, guiding applicants through the rental process, and preparing clients for independent living.

Assist clients in completing housing applications and gathering required documents.
Facilitate housing workshops and mock interviews.

Check and respond to work-related emails daily to ensure timely communication and awareness of important updates, assignments, and organizational notices.
