Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required with two years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Related experience could include case management, customer service, teaching or training, social work, or property management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and organize workflow. Interpersonal, listening, organizational and computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the rental assistance program for low-income families.
• Assist clients with housing searches and monitor inspections of tenant housing.
