Job summary

Community Action House in Holland, MI is seeking an Housing Access Specialist to connect homeless individuals with housing resources and long-term supports. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients experiencing homelessness throughout Ottawa County.
• Reference local resources and referrals to aid housing access.
• Operate agency vehicles for outreach and transport of guests.
• Conduct outreach at encampments, libraries, and shelters.
• Provide long-term case management and housing advocacy.
• Assist clients with benefits applications and resources.
• Maintain client records across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve services.
