Default Brand in Jamestown, ND seeks a Department Manager for Housewares & Seasonal to lead customer service and coordinate sales within the department alongside the Store Manager. The role requires flexible hours including days, nights, and every other weekend or holidays.

Rate of Pay is $15.00-$17.00/hr depending on experience, with on-site duties in the Jamestown store and responsibilities spanning receipt, inventory, and team guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Customer Service training and or experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate the receipt and distribution of merchandise in the store.
• Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise within the department.
• Ensure adequate inventory in all areas of the department.
• Assist with training and direction provided to new department team members.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure safety practices when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
