Job summary

Ensemble in Camden, NJ seeks an Overnight Houseperson to keep hotel spaces clean, welcoming, and guest-ready. You will clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas, restock carts, monitor maintenance needs, and respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner to ensure a great guest experience.

Requirements include being able to stand or move for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed, with a hands-on approach to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and or public spaces in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
• Maintain Linen room
• Report any maintenance needs in guest rooms (e.g., fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
• Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued.
• Report lost and found items promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
