Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Camden is seeking an Overnight Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest. You will be trusted to move about freely and complete tasks with diligence, accuracy, and urgency.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned spaces, stocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, safeguarding equipment and keys, and addressing guest requests in a courteous, timely manner throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Hands-on approach to housekeeping tasks.

• Maintain Linen room
• Report any maintenance needs in guest rooms (e.g., fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
• Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued.
• Report lost and found items promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
