Job summary

Hyatt Regency Reston is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support Room Attendants. You will assist with cart cleaning, trash removal and linen handling to maintain a clean hotel environment.

You will supply materials for tasks, help keep hallways pristine, and participate in daily projects assigned by management. This fast-paced role requires weekend and holiday availability.

Good communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift and push moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendant by cleaning their carts, taking trash and soiled linen, and providing necessary materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel, especially hallways, and ensure guests have a clean environment.
• Complete daily projects as assigned by the manager, such as shampooing carpets or stripping floors.
• Support housekeeping operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
