Hampton Inn and Suites- Opelika, AL is seeking a Houseperson to maintain spotless public areas and ensure guests feel comfortable in their environment. Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas including lobby, lobby restrooms, banquet rooms, gym, elevators, hallways, entries, stairwells, cart rooms, guest laundry, etc.
• Empties trash containers and delivers items to guest rooms when requested.
• Reports maintenance deficiencies to maintenance and/or the General Manager.
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms, as needed.
• Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Assists in cleaning guest rooms and maintenance as needed.
• Completes all brand training within the first 90 days.
• Aims to achieve and exceed the guest satisfaction score.
