The role involves handling linen, waste removal, and stocking on each floor pantry, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork to meet the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Customer service oriented and able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guestrooms and public areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance issues.
• Receive linen, remove trash, and restock on each floor pantry.
• Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect newspapers and trash.
