Job summary

Hotel Drover is seeking a dedicated Houseperson for AM shift to support the housekeeping team and maintain clean, well-organized back-of-house areas. You will assist with linens, supplies, and guest requests, while upholding safety standards and a high level of guest care.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required to ensure smooth operations in the Fort Worth Stockyards

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets.
• Remove used linens, garbage, and recycling from housekeeping carts and guest areas.
• Stock housekeeping closets; keep storage rooms clean and organized.
• Attend to guest and staff requests for towels, pillows, or rollaway beds.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks (carpets, windows) as required.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to safety standards and use PPE as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness of service elevators and team areas; tidy workspaces at shift end.
