Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms as assigned.
• Maintain mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report deficiencies found during daily property inspections.
• Perform basic painting, wall repairs, and general upkeep.
• Carry out basic plumbing and sprinkler repairs.
• Perform daily pool maintenance.
• Read, log, and interpret readings from meters and gauges; maintain logs.
• Ensure energy conservation; report ideas to Engineering Management.
• Follow all safety policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.

To look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.Willingness to be trained and comprehend the OSHA rules and regulations.Willingness to be trained on where all emergency disconnects, valves and shutoffs are located and comprehend on how to operate them all.Willingness to be certified in pool operations.Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.Must be able to move, lift, carry and push items weighing up to 50-100lbs without assistance.
