Collegiate Hotel Group in Bloomington is seeking a Houseperson to join Graduate Bloomington and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. You will maintain public areas, assist in guest rooms, and greet guests with warmth.

Hourly duties include restroom inspections, trash disposal, and delivering items to rooms as requested. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused attitude.
• Teamplayer with effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas to quality standards.
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose trash.
• Maintain lobby, elevators, stairways, and Front Desk area to be clean and neat.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms in neat, orderly fashion.
• Inspect restrooms hourly to ensure cleanliness.
• Deliver items to rooms on request and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
