Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Houseperson for Graduate Bloomington to help maintain clean public areas and assist in guest room cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas: lobby, hallways, restrooms and stairwells.
• cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture, vacuums and mops floors.
• Maintains lobby, elevators and front desk area neat and debris-free.
• Delivers items to rooms and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Greet guests in a warm, authentic manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans andmaintainsall hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mopsfloors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposestrash
• Maintainslobby,elevators,stairways,hallways,andFrontDeskareatoassure they are clean,neatand free of all rubbish anddebris
• Cleans andmaintainspublic restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests
• Restroomsmustbeinspectedonceperhourtoassure theyremainneat andclean
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishesfixturesand cleansashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request andassistsin cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion
• Other duties as assigned
