Job summary

Peachtree Group in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Houseperson (4pm-11pm) to respond promptly to guest requests and maintain cleanliness in public areas and guestrooms. You will identify, fix and report maintenance issues, restock supplies, and support front-line staff on the floor.

The role includes walking floors at shifts start and end, collecting trash, delivering linen, and assisting guests with in-room issues.

Responsibilities

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Assist Guest with any in room issues (i.e. Tv, Phones, toilets etc)

Job description

As Houseperson (4pm-11pm), you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify, fix and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
