Job summary

Marin Hilltop Hotel is undertaking a bold transformation into a Tribute Portfolio Hotel within Marriott's upper-upscale collection. We seek a proactive Houseperson Attendant to join the Housekeeping team during this exciting period and beyond, maintaining pristine public areas and supporting guest service.

You will respond to guest requests, stock and prepare areas, and collaborate with the team to ensure all spaces meet brand standards. HS diploma, 18+, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Punctual, dependable and detail-oriented; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with room needs.
• Maintain, clean, and stock all guest public areas to reflect brand standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items as needed.
• Support the Housekeeping team by removing linens, trash, and debris from hallways and service areas.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Houseperson Attendant to join our Housekeeping team during this exciting transformation and beyond. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Rooms division. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests, maintaining public areas, and ensuring that our Housekeeping team has the supplies needed to deliver a flawless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Previous Housekeeping experience in a limited or full-service property.
• Property industry work experience demonstrating exceptional performance.
• Familiarity with Marriott systems (helpful but not always required for this role).
