Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, housekeeping closets, service elevator landings, and other assigned areas.
• Transfer linens to and from closets and deliver items to guest rooms as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and housekeeping requests, ensuring completion with follow-up.
• Keep linens and supplies stocked and maintained.
• Familiar with guest room cleaning procedures; assist with cleaning if necessary.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to company standards.
• Report repairs and safety issues promptly.
• Show initiative by anticipating guest and team needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1+ year of housekeeping experience in hospitality.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
