• Perform floor cleaning and floor care tasks using vacuums, buffers and mops to maintain spotless surfaces.
• Handle chemical agents safely by understanding SDS and following proper chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning public areas, hallways, stairwells, and service spaces.
• Support housekeeping by replenishing supplies, restocking linen carts, and maintaining cleaning tools.
• Respond to guest requests with a friendly attitude, demonstrating customer service skills.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.

Hotel Houseperson | Courtyard - Paso Robles, CA

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, guest corridors, and service spaces, while responding to guest requests and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your proactive approach to cleaning, safety, and customer service will help uphold our hotel's reputation for excellence.

• Handle chemical agents safely by understanding Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and following proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, and cleaning equipment to support housekeeping operations efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning public areas, hallways, stairwells, and service spaces in accordance with hotel protocols.
• Support hotel housekeeping management by replenishing supplies, restocking linen carts, and ensuring all cleaning tools are maintained in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning needs with a friendly attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures during incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest and staff safety at all times.
