Hotelnorthampton is seeking a dependable, service‑oriented professional to support the smooth operation of our property in Northampton, MA. You will maintain common areas, assist with guest needs, and help ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment.

This role values attention to detail, teamwork, and prompt response to daily operational needs. You will keep lobbies and restrooms presentable, help set up and reset rooms for guest use, and assist with inventory management and general labor

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, facilities support, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to lift and move items as part of daily duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Support housekeeping and facilities teams with general labor and operational tasks
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate team members
