What You'll Do:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest‑ready.
• Complete daily housekeeping assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaned and serviced rooms.
• Monitor and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, and inventory shortages.
• Assist guests with requests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and communicate issues to management when necessary.
• Help manage inventory and stocking levels of housekeeping supplies and consumables.
• Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Properly care for and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
