Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to support guest services on property in Miami, Florida. You will respond quickly to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and keep guest rooms and public areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at the start and end of shift to collect newspapers, bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
